Hi there, the aim of this blog is to spread awareness, wellness of the mind, the body and the soul. The motto of this blog is: “Be good, do good, spread good – one change at a time”.

Along with writing, I also love taking pictures. The header images I use on my blog are pictures I have shot myself. The other picture you see, the “dancing rose” that is also one that I clicked. Very soon, I hope to start a photo blog as well.

Update: I started my photo blog in the last week of March, 2011. Please drop by and let me know your thoughts: http://fotojenix.wordpress.com/

Me in a canoe at the Banff National Park in Canada

Comments, suggestions or questions are more than welcome. Please feel free to write to me.

Yes, my belief is that we feel hollow when a part of our ‘being’ (mind aspect, spiritual/soul aspect, and body/physical aspect) has a problem.

  11. The shore was swept in with thousands of star fish, and as the waves rushed back to the sea, the star fish were left stranded on the beach.
An old man saw a young boy pick up the star fish and toss them back into the sea, one at a time.
The old man said, “But what’s the use? What difference does it make? There’s just so many of them.”
The boy picked up a star fish, tossing it back into the sea told the old man, “It just made a difference to that one”
